How Much CBD Should I Take?

While CBD is generally well tolerated, some people may experience side effects such as dry mouth, drowsiness, or changes in appetite.

The effects of CBD can vary from person to person, but typically they can be felt within 15 to 30 minutes of taking it, if taken sublingually. CBD Edibles and softgels may take anywhere from 30min to an hour to set in, however their effects tend to be felt for a longer period of time.

It is not possible to overdose on CBD, however it is possible to take too much and experience adverse side effects.
