Instructions
- Crush the rice cakes into a bowl.
- Combine the crushed rice cake, protein powder, cocoa powder, milk, and yogurt.
- Make the vanilla topping by mixing the Greek yogurt, oil, and vanilla protein powder, then spread on top of the chocolate rice cake oatmeal.
- Cover and place in the fridge to chill for at least a few hours, best overnight.

Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 medium banana
- ½ cup blueberries
- 1 tbsp chia seeds

- Then, spread 2/3 of the mixture into the bottom of a cup or small bowl.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the oatmeal, milk, oil, and Greek yogurt until well mixed. Spoon over top of the cinnamon mixture.
