Bioavailability refers to how efficiently and quickly an active ingredient like CBD is absorbed into your bloodstream. This concept is crucial because it determines how much of the CBD you take actually ends up in your system, influencing the effects you feel.
Different CBD products have varying bioavailability levels:
- Inhalation (Vaping): With a bioavailability of 34%–56%, inhalation offers the most efficient absorption. The lungs allow CBD to enter the bloodstream quickly, leading to faster effects, though they may be shorter-lasting.

Ordering Information
If you need to modify your order or update the shipping address, please reach out to our Customer Care team at 303.927.6130 or contact us at support@extractlabs.com. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can make the necessary changes or cancel the order for you. However, if the order has already shipped, you’ll need to follow our return/exchange process once you receive the package.
You can cancel your order any time before receiving a shipping confirmation. Please reach out to our customer service department for assistance.
Open your package immediately upon delivery to verify the contents of your order. If you are missing items, please contact us within 3 days. After 3 days, we are unable to verify an item is missing.
For lost domestic packages, customers should check their tracking and reach out within 7-14 days of the last scan. For lost international packages, customers should check their tracking and reach out within three months of the last scan. Past these timeframes, we are unable to identify transit issues.
We are happy to accept returns for a refund within 7 days of delivery. We charge a 25% restocking fee on the products original price. We do not refund shipping costs or cover return costs. Products must be returned unopened and in their original condition. Once a return is received and quality checked, we will reach out via email to confirm a refund.

Shipping Details
We ship with USPS with a typical delivery time of 5-7 business days. USPS does not guarantee delivery times. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.
We are happy to offer free shipping for domestic orders $75 or more(after all discounts have been applied) through USPS Mail only. For orders under $75, a flat fee of $8 will be added at checkout. For an upcharge, we offer USPS Express Shipping, delivering your order in 1-3 business days from fulfillment. Please note this is not a true overnight service through USPS.
Summer Shipping: From May to October, ice packs and bubble wrap are provided for orders containing Muscle Creams. This is a free addition and is separate from other shipping charges.
All orders containing vape cartridges will have an $8 fee per order (not per item). This fee reflects what USPS charges to obtain a signature.
ACT Act compliant: All orders containing vape cartridges will be shipped requiring an adult signature (21+) with a photo ID for delivery.
We process all orders placed before 7 AM (MST) on the same day, Monday through Friday. All orders placed after 7 AM are processed the next business day.
All delta 8 gummies will ship from our Tennessee facility. Separate tracking will be provided for these shipments within 48 hours of other fulfillments.

We ship all international orders through USPS Priority services at a flat rate of $50 (USD). Delivery times vary depending on the availability of flights as well as incoming customs inspection times for each country, but our standard times are between 6-8 weeks.

While we can provide a full list of countries we can ship to via USPS, we unfortunately do not hold information regarding individual requirements for each country.
