You can update the shipping information for either one subscription or all subscriptions:Change Shipping Address for One SubscriptionLog in to your account.Click on “View Subscription.”Click “Change Address.”Enter the new address and click “Save Address.”This new address will only apply to the selected subscription.Change Shipping Address for All SubscriptionsLog in to your account.Go to your account settings.Select the “Edit” link next to the shipping or billing address.Enter the new address and save.This new address will be reflected on every order.Change Payment MethodLog in to your account.View the subscription for which you want to change the payment method.Click “Change Payment.”To apply the change to all subscriptions, check the box that says “Update the payment method used for all of my current subscriptions.”For more details, check out our subscription guide page.

To cancel a subscription go into your account, click subscriptions on the left side of the page, and hit the cancel button. Requirements for the cancel button to display:The subscription must have been active for 60+ days.The subscription renewal period is not in 3 days.

There are no refunds for subscriptions already processsed or 3 days before subscription billing period. If you were falsy charged, please reach out to a customer support representative.
