California hemp rules have changed, but you still have options. Every product below is third-party tested, contains no detectable THC, and is eligible to ship to your door.

California now requires ingestible hemp products to contain no detectable THC, a stricter standard than the federal “under 0.3%” rule. That means many full-spectrum CBD, Delta-8, and THC-containing hemp products no longer ship to California through regular online retailers. You still have plenty of options, though: our THC-free CBD collection is made with no detectable THC, and our functional mushroom line, Lion’s Mane, Cordyceps, and Reishi; contains no cannabinoids at all, so it was never affected.
