Accessing Your Loyalty Points
To check how many points you have and redeem them, you must first log into your account by clicking the My Account link at the footer of any page on our site. Once logged in you will then need to navigate to the loyalty rewards page by clicking the My Rewards link also in the footer.
Within the rewards page, you will see two links, one to redeem now and the other to view your rewards history showing all points you have earned and all redeemed codes. Points earned will be within your point bank and will continue to build without expiring To utilize these points on an order you will need to redeem points into coupon codes by following the steps below:
- Click REDEEM NOW to move to the bottom of the page.
- Choose your dollar amount to save, select as little as $10 or as much as $50 per code.
- Click redeem and confirm the redemption to view the coupon code to copy.
- Proceed to checkout and paste the code to receive your discount.
- Repeat the redeem, copy, and paste steps to add multiple codes to one order.
Loyalty points can be stacked together, such as adding a $20 and a $40 code to one order, points can also be used in conjunction with sitewide sales, when applicable. Once points are redeemed, they will stay as an active coupon code until used on an order, these codes will not expire.
Tiers of Savings
The more you shop with Extract Labs, the greater your point savings become. When you first join, your account starts at the Sergeant Major tier, earning one point for every dollar spent. However, as you continue to make purchases throughout the year, you have the opportunity to unlock higher tiers earning even more points per dollar spent as well as additional incentives.
By spending at least $300 annually, you can advance to the Lieutenant Colonel tier and earn 1.25 points per dollar. Spending at least $600 per year will allow you to ascend to the Colonel tier, where you’ll earn 1.5 points per dollar. These tiers expire after a year of inactivity, but you can easily regain your status by continuing to shop with us.

How to Get More Points
Simply placing an order will build points within your account, but there are more ways to save. Adding your birthday to your account will offer an additional 100 points annually to make your celebration even sweeter. Following our different social media accounts will also accrue points without needing to place an order and once you have ordered, adding in reviews of products you have tried will also gain points.
You can also earn more points by sharing our company with new customers through the referral program.
