    Ingredients

    • 3 tbsp. olive oil
    • â…“ lb. pancetta, finely diced
    • 2 shallots, minced
    • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    • 8-10 sage leaves, thinly sliced
    • Freshly ground black pepper
    • ½ cup white wine
    • 1 ½ cups pumpkin or butternut squash puree
    • 1 lb. linguine noodles
    • ½ cup each grated Pecorino and Parmigiano-Reggiano
    • Handful of fresh parsley, finely chopped
    • Toasted pumpkin seeds (optional)
    • 3-4 milliliters of the Daily Support CBD Oil Tincture
     

    Instructions

    1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add a large, deep skillet to another burner under medium-high heat.
    2. Add oil and pancetta to the skillet. Cook until fat is rendered, then remove to a plate with a slotted spoon.
    3. Add the shallots, garlic, and sage into the same skillet – season with pepper. Add wine and cook until reduced by half. Stir in the pumpkin and reduce heat to low.
    4. Salt the pasta water, add pasta, and cook for 1 minute less than the package directions.
    5. Scoop out 1 cup of pasta cooking water and stir into the puree. Drain pasta.
    6. Toss cheeses, pasta, CBD oil, and 3/4 of the pancetta into the skillet with the pumpkin mixture.
    7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Once removed from the heat add the desired tincture amount!
    8. Serve in shallow bowls and top with the remaining pancetta, parsley, and toasted pumpkin seeds.

    Healthy Pumpkin Bread Muffins, With a CBD Twist

    In a realm dominated by pumpkin spice desserts, we present a nourishing and robust alternative—pumpkin muffins. Ideal for kickstarting your day or indulging in a wholesome treat to enhance your routine!

    Ingredients

    • â…“ cup melted coconut oil
    • ½ cup honey
    • 2 eggs, at room temperature
    • 1 cup pumpkin purée
    • ¼ cup milk of choice, we recommend Oat Milk!
    • 2 teaspoons pumpkin spice blend (or 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, ½ teaspoon ground ginger, ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg, and ¼ teaspoon ground allspice or cloves)
    • 1 teaspoon baking soda
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • 1 ¾ cups whole wheat flour
    • â…“ cup old-fashioned oats, plus more for sprinkling on top
    • 1 teaspoon of CBG Isolate
     

    Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. The tins will need to be greased if not using a non-stick muffin tin.
    2. In a large bowl, mix the oil and honey together with a whisk. Add the eggs, and mix well. Add the pumpkin purée, milk, pumpkin spice blend, baking soda, vanilla extract, salt, and CBG isolate.
    3. Add the flour and oats to the bowl and mix with a large spoon, just until combined but still a bit lumpy.
    4. Divide the batter evenly between the muffin cups. Sprinkle the tops of the muffins with about a tablespoon of oats, followed by a light sprinkle of raw sugar if you’d like.
    5. Bake muffins for 22 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into a muffin comes out clean.

    6. Place the muffin tin on a cooling rack to cool. These muffins taste even better after they have rested for a couple of hours. They’ll keep at room temperature for up to 2 days, or in the refrigerator for up to 4 days!
